7th Annual Blues Festival in Coloma

June 5th, 2012 by Malina

Our beloved South Fork of the American River will be hoppin’ June 9th–we haven’t seen this much action since the meteorite!  I personally hope someone wrote a new blues song about how he almost found a piece of the elusive outerspace material, made a fortune and paid off his double wide……..but didn’t.  “Meterorite Blues”–come on now, that would be rad!

But what would also be rad would be to check out Coloma Blues Live on Sat and then raft the South Fork on Sunday.  Weather should be great, you’ll have all those tunes running through your veins, and you may just get the inspiration you need to write the next big hit for BB King…..or at least Jackie Greene, right?

Get tickets and all the info you need on this year’s line-up (which actually does feature local legend Mr. Greene) at:  http://colomablueslive.com/
