It’s the small things that keep us excited and motivated in the winter. A few feet of snow, a few minutes of sunshine, space heaters, hot tea, and discovering that the new United States Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano loves rafting. Apparently she’s got a great sense of adventure; she has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and enjoys hiking in the southwest. Other politicians have enjoyed rafting in California on the South Fork of the American, including California’s Governor Schwarzenegger.
