American River Rafting and Music Festival September 19-21

September 5th, 2008 by Malina

It’s just three weeks until our sleepy little valley will be hoppin’ to the music of some of today’s best Folk, Americana, and Blues musicians and singers at the 2nd annual American River Music Festival.  The three-day festival kicks off with a trip down the South Fork of the American River and a riverside serenade by Joe Craven.  The next two days will be filled with the sounds of bands like Dana Hubbard, the Buccaneers, Steppin’ In It.  Campers will hear special performances at night after the main stages have shut down for the evening.

For more information, or to purchase tickets, visit the festival website.
