American River Trailfest

May 18th, 2009 by Tessa Sibbet

trailfest-auctionThe 6th Annual American River Trailfest will be held on Monday, June 8 from 5-10pm at the Earthtrek riverside camp in Lotus. The $30 ticket ($15 for kids) includes an awesome dinner and 2 drinks, plus great live music. This is always, hands-down, the best party of the summer in the Coloma valley, plus it’s a fundraiser for the American River Conservancy. The ARC has been raising money through the Trailfest event to purchase land along the South Fork American so that it will forever remain open space. They opened Cronan Ranch a few years ago and now equestrians, hikers, trail runners, and mountain bikers can enjoy the new trail system. Come support the American River Conservancy and have a blast eating, drinking, socializing, and dancing the night away!
