A Taste of Water and Wine: Special Event June 10th!

We have teamed up with award-wining Boeger Winery this year and are excited to announce a unique trip we’re offering this June in conjunction with them—a day of whitewater followed by wine tasting and lunch along the river.
The Trip: Our Water and Wine trip is June 10th. Your day will start with an exciting whitewater trip on the Upper Section of the South Fork, where Class III whitewater rushes through a beautiful canyon before the river slows down as it meanders through
historic Coloma Valley, site of the 49er Gold Rush. When we reach the private Mother Lode Campground you’ll have time to change into dry clothes while your hosts prepare a ploughman-style lunch featuring vibrant Mediterranean flavors and set out the flight of wines you’ll be tasting.
Your Hosts: This trip will be guided by All-Outdoors, of course, but we’ll be joined by Boeger staff as well, so the wine will be poured by the people who know it best!
The Winery: Boeger Winery’s estate property was first homesteaded in the 19th century and has been planted with grapes and fruit trees since then. Family-owned and operated, Boeger’s wines are consistent award-winners, and their tasting room is frequently singled out for excellence. They are particularly known for their rich and fruity Barbera and Zinfandels.
Details and fine print: The only fine print here is that this trip is going to be a great time—a beautiful day on the water, delicious wine and food, and excellent company! We have intentionally kept the maximum number of guests low, so you need to book soon.
