River Store in Lotus has Cool Gifts for River Rafters

Our neighbors over at the River Store have stocked their shelves–and their parking lot!–with Christmas cheer. Sparkly lights and beautiful greenery, trees, wreathes, perhaps some reindeer tracks (or is that just the local family of deer that got fat and happy on my tomatoes and eggplants this year? I swear next they are going to eat my tires or my cats.) . . .
Inside the store they have items made by local artists that would surely please the water-lover in your life: mosaics, photographs, water colors, stationary, even beautiful silver jewelry. Who knew you can make a kayak ring?? Kristiana Spaulding’s unique pieces will get you some serious compliments. I have one of her rings and I’m telling you, people want to buy it off my hand. The River Store has river jewelry like water motif necklaces and kayak rings or you can check out her website to see her other stuff.
