Springtime Rafting Across California!

Posted April 15, 2010 by Malina

It may look like winter outside but we are in full springtime rafting mode. After a great first weekend with a bachelor party on the Tuolumne, and groups of friends and family on the North Fork of the American and the South Fork, we’re looking ahead to upcoming fantabulous trips on the North Fork and South Fork.  In a couple weeks we’ll be heading north and rafting the class IV+ rapids of the Upper Klamath (up for an adventure?  Give us a call!).

The skies continue to cloud up and rain here in Lotus–and it’s still snowing in the mountains–so we keep having to put off publishing our 2010 flow predictions!  Not that we’re really complaining, since inside sources (read: my email account) indicate that Gregg A keeps having to revise his snow pack numbers upward and extending the season (sneak peak: is the Kaweah really going to run all the way into July?! Holy Moly!).  Stay tuned–I’ll be updating you on spring and summer flows just as soon as the last snowflake falls!
