Support our Veterans with Crowd Rise!

Awhile back we told you about one of the coolest organizations we’ve ever taken rafting–Honoring the Path of the Warrior–which takes Iraq and Afghanistan vets on a multi-day rafting retreat (aIMG_1202-300x225mong other projects) to help them heal from their injuries and cope with PTSD.  Now folks, I am not much of a crier, but reading some of the letters vets wrote to HPW after their trip moved me to tears.  So I was really excited for HPW when I found out they are part of a Crowd Rise fundraising campaign for veteran’s groups.  The top three groups will get extra money from Craigslist and the Rahr Foundation.  HPW is currently in 2nd place–which gets them an additional 25K!  But if they can get to 1st place they’ll get an additional 35K!  Think of all the good they will be able to do for people who have seriously earned it with that money.  We hope you’ll consider supporting this very worthy cause.

HPW will gladly accept donations anytime, but the Crowd Rise campaign ends July 3rd. Learn more at: http://www.crowdrise.com/HonoringThePathOfTheWarrior
